กรณีทางวัดพระธรรมกาย ได้ทราบข่าวจากสื่อมวลชนว่า นายวิระศักดิ์ ฮาดดา นายกองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลคลองสาม ได้ไปแจ้งความวัดพระธรรมกาย เมื่อวันที่ 16 ธันวาคม 2559 ที่ผ่านมา
